A commercial and community housing contractor with extensive experience across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
Our Story
A Plus Eco Sense Construction Inc. delivers commercial, community housing, multi-residential, and exterior capital-improvement work across the GTA and Southern Ontario. We work directly with owners, property managers, and housing providers, while also contributing as a trusted subcontractor within general contractor-led project teams.
Our experience includes subcontracted work at Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) properties through licensed general contractors. These scopes have included unit renovations, common-area improvements, maintenance work, and coordinated project delivery in occupied housing environments.
Across the Region of Peel, we have completed construction and capital-improvement work for co-operative housing providers, including municipally funded and supervised projects. Our teams coordinate with property management, housing representatives, inspectors, trades, and residents throughout delivery.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, we bring practical coordination, quality workmanship, and accountable project delivery to commercial and community housing opportunities.
